Studierea unei tipologii specifice arhitecturii romanesti 1900 - 1930 la noi in tara si introducerea ei in limbajul modern arhitectural – o plansa de sinteza cu rapoarte plin / gol proportii, arhitrava, sageac si capriori, acoperis sarpanta, porte – fenetre, etc.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"  style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;2. Inscrierea într-un ansamblu constituit cu un anume specific, pe care amplasamentul ales încă îl mai permite, pe lângă rezolvarea funcţională, constructivă şi de plastică adecvată cerinţelor contemporane.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"  style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Vor fi preluate din zonă în alcătuirea propusă o serie de elemente cum ar fi : regimul de înălţime, raportul de plin-gol, materiale si texturi ale faţadelor şi învelitorii, înălţimea la cornişă, eventuale modenaturi si ancadramente, etc. într-o interpretare contemporană care să evite pastişa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"  style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Indiferent de opţiune pentru amplasarea locuinţei pe lot se vor respecta prevederile Codului Civil: retragere de 5m de la fundul de lot, 3m pe latura cu ferestre la funcţiunile majore, 1.90m pe latura cu ferestre la&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"  style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;funcţiuni minore, retragerea de la stradă impusă de construcţiile existente în zonă. De-a lungul activitatii de atelier toate studiile se vor prezenta la corectura pe foita si vor fi reunite (si in final la predare) intr-o mapa, pe ca&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;re fiecare student o va avea asupra sa la fiecare corectura. roman;font-size:100%;"  &gt;Etapa I Analiza sitului şi proiect preliminar cu predare la atelier.&lt;br /&gt;Se vor prezenta următoarele piese pe format A2 pe hirtie cu chenar 50/70 cm, asezat orizontal:&lt;br /&gt;Planşe de analiza sitului, planuri de analiză a fatadelor de locuinte specific anilor 1900 – 1929 din Bucuresti si din tara, schiţe şi observaţii scrise privind caracteristicile urbane şi arhitecturale ale zonei si străzii (tipul de ocupare la sol, tipuri de spaţii, gabarite, elemente de vocabular architectural etc)&lt;br /&gt;Plan de situaţie sc.1/500, studii de fatade la mina libera in stilou, 4 fatade si planuri locuinţă sc.1/100&lt;br /&gt;Se va intocmi o machetă de studiu la scara 1/100 în fiecare atelier.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Etapa II Proiectul final&lt;br /&gt;Se vor desena pe format A1:&lt;br /&gt;- plan de situaţie sc.1/200 cu vecinătăţi conform planşei anexate la temă&lt;br /&gt;- planurile mobilate ale tuturor nivelurilor sc.1/50&lt;br /&gt;- Planul parterului se va desena împreună cu întreg terenul indicându-se amenajările exterioare.&lt;br /&gt;- secţiune verticala caracteristică sc 1/50&lt;br /&gt;- două faţade cu desenarea umbrelor,
